Wilhelmina, a two-year-old Staffie mix, was described by networkers as a friendly, affectionate, well-mannered girl who walked well and was barely out of puppyhood. She was at BARC in Houston, where two people pledged $15 to help her find safety. Wilhelmina didn't make it out; her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the August 25 list update.
