Titus, a three-year-old Staffordshire Mix, was a gentle, timid boy who walked well on his leash and was friendly but anxious in the shelter. He was on the euth list at BARC Houston on August 19, 2026, and two people who tried to help pledged $20 toward his rescue. He didn't make it out, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 8/19 List Update.
