Rocky, a 3-year-old Staffordshire Mix, was at BARC in Houston, TX. Networkers described him as a gentle, friendly chap who enjoyed his walks and was responsive to commands. Twelve people who tried to help pledged $245 toward his rescue, but Rocky didn't make it out — his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 8/25 BARC list update.
