Luey was a 12-year-old Staffordshire stray at BARC in Houston. Networkers described him as very sweet, gentle, relaxed, and always wagging his tail. Eight people who tried to help pledged $205 toward his rescue. He didn't make it out, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 8/15 BARC list update.
