Peliche, a 1-year-old Staffy Mix, was described by shelter staff as very friendly and sweet, accepting treats, licking hands, and rubbing against legs for affection. He was at BARC in Houston, TX, where four people pledged $160 to help him find rescue. Peliche didn't make it out and was among the dogs whose loss was reported by u/fugueink in the August 13 list update.
