Quinn, a 2-year-old German Shepherd Mix, was abandoned in a hotel room before arriving at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as a sweet, happy young girl who needed urgent help. Thirteen people pledged $345 to try to save her, but she didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the August 11 BARC list update.
