Paco, a 5-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei mix, was a wiggly, happy, affectionate, and easy-to-walk buddy who networkers described as relaxed and full of love. He was on the euthanasia list at BARC in Houston, Texas, and two people pledged $20 in support of his rescue. Paco didn't make it out and was reported among the dogs who lost their lives on August 10 by u/fugueink's BARC list update.
