Dallas, a two-year-old Staffy and German Shepherd mix, lost her life at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as a sweet, dog-friendly girl who deeply loved people and was overwhelmed by shelter life. Seven people who tried to help pledged $170 toward her rescue. She was remembered in u/fugueink's August 10 list update.
