Conde, a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, was on the euthanasia list at BARC in Houston after his owner was arrested, leaving him confused and terrified by the abrupt changes. Thirteen people came together to pledge $267 to help him, but Conde didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 8/7 list update.
