Poppa was a 2-year-old Staffordshire Mix who was owner surrendered to BARC in Houston, Texas. Networkers described him as an "all round" good boy who loved everyone, was wonderful to walk, and gentle and affectionate. Two people who tried to help pledged $35 toward his rescue. He didn't make it out, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 31 BARC list update.
