Nymeria was a one-week-old puppy at BARC Houston, part of a litter of six born around July 22, 2026. She and her siblings, along with their mother Lady, were on the urgent euthanasia list and needed a rescue hold by July 29. Ten people who tried to help pledged $415 toward her family's rescue. Nymeria didn't make it out; her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 30 BARC list update.
