Fabian was an 11-month-old Staffordshire Mix at BARC in Houston, described by networkers as a playful puppy who enjoyed walks, loved belly rubs, and was quiet and gentle. Six people who tried to help pledged $190 toward his rescue. He didn't make it out, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 25 BARC list update.
