Stephen, a four-year-old Staffie mix, arrived at BARC Houston after a police confiscation and eviction. Networkers described him as sweet, gentle, and easy to handle, a dog who walked well on leash and kept his kennel clean. Two people pledged $20 to help him find safety. Stephen didn't make it out; his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 24 BARC list update.
