Vince, a 2-year-old Staffordshire Mix, was found abandoned and tied to a bench outside a Houston fire station before he entered BARC. Despite his friendly, playful spirit and treatable neck wounds, he didn't make it out. Nine people who tried to help pledged $180 toward his rescue. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 22 BARC list update.
