Lulu was an 8-year-old Staffordshire Mix at BARC in Houston, TX. After a lifetime with her owner, she was surrendered because of a mammary mass and found herself on the euthanasia list. Five people who tried to help pledged $195 toward her rescue. She didn't make it out, and her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 21 BARC list update.
