Jessie, a 1-year-old German Shepherd Mix, was a scared but sweet, wiggly girl who networkers described as friendly and desperate for love. She was at BARC Houston, where two people pledged $35 to help her find safety. Sadly, Jessie didn't make it out and lost her life at the shelter, as reported by u/fugueink in the July 21 list update.
