Rocko, a 1-year, 7-month-old American Staffordshire Mix, lost his life at BARC in Houston, Texas. Networkers described him as sweet, quiet, scared, and stressed in the shelter, needing safety, patience, and TLC. Five people tried to help, pledging $170 toward his rescue. He was among the dogs whose loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 20 BARC list update.
