Berry, a distinguished 7-year-old German Shepherd Mix, was not doing well at BARC Houston and was in urgent need of a plan. Three people who tried to help pledged $130 toward his rescue. He lost his life at the shelter, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 18 list update.
