Frida, a 1.5-year-old GSD mix, was abandoned at BARC Houston and lost her life there. Networkers described her as a friendly, wiggly girl who was scared at the shelter but still a "certified good girl." Thirty-four people who tried to help pledged $1,169 toward her rescue.
