Snoot, a one-week-old Labrador Retriever mix, was one of Serena's thirteen tiny puppies at BARC in Houston. Twenty-four people who tried to help pledged $1,857 toward his family's rescue. Snoot didn't make it out; his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 20 BARC list update.
