Samantha, a one-week-old Labrador Retriever mix, was one of thirteen puppies at BARC in Houston who needed rescue together with their mother. Nineteen people pledged $1,852 to help the family, but Samantha didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 20 list update.
