Serena, a two-year-old Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd mix, was at BARC in Houston. Twenty-seven people tried to help her, pledging over $2,200 toward her rescue. She didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 20 list update.
