Buster, a 6-year-old Catahoula mix, was on the euthanasia list at BARC Houston on July 16. Networkers described him as quiet, happy, and wiggly, responsive to commands and picky with his treats. Two people tried to help, pledging $125 toward his rescue. He didn't make it out; his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 7/16 list update.
