Ella was a 2-year-old American Staffordshire Mix at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as terrified, needing a calm home to build confidence and trust in people. Six people who tried to help pledged $195 toward her rescue. She lost her life at BARC, reported by u/fugueink in the July 16 list update.
