Kelsey, a 6-year-old Staffordshire mix, was on the euthanasia list at BARC Houston on July 16, 2026. Networkers described her as "absolutely terrified but slowly trying to trust," a beautiful girl overwhelmed by the shelter. Three people who tried to help pledged $135 toward her rescue. She didn't make it out, and her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 16 BARC list update.
