Rocky, a 3-year-old Staffie mix, was a gentle, timid boy who walked well on his leash and enjoyed affection. Networkers described him as a "sweetheart" and a "sensitive soul" while he was at BARC in Houston. Eight people who tried to help pledged $165 toward his rescue. He lost his life at BARC, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 7/15 list update.
