Blanquita, a 2-year-old Staffordshire Mix, was a timid, frightened girl who startled easily at BARC Houston but relaxed significantly once outside her kennel. Networkers described her as terrified, not aggressive—overwhelmed by the shelter environment that broke her confidence. Four people pledged $60 to try to help her.
