Missy, a 4-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei / Labrador Retriever mix, was at BARC in Houston, Texas. Networkers described her as gentle, sweet, and quiet, an abused girl who was learning to trust again. Seventeen people pledged $440 to help her find safety. She lost her life at BARC on July 14, 2026, as reported by u/fugueink.
