Pixy Jones, a 4-year-old GSD mix, was abandoned at BARC Houston and lost her life there on July 13. Networkers described her as terrified and overwhelmed in the shelter environment. Ten people pledged $245 to help her, but she didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 7/13 BARC list update.
