Hercules, a 2-year-old Staffordshire Mix, was found as a stray and brought to BARC in Houston, TX. Networkers shared that he was completely overwhelmed and needed a rescue and local foster to make it out. He didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 7/13 BARC List Update.
