Tango, a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix, was found with his pink collar and described by networkers as a wiggly, friendly boy who had shelter stress. He was at BARC in Houston, TX, where four people pledged $95 to try to help him. Tango didn't make it out; his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 7/10 BARC List Update.
