July was a two-year-old Staffordshire mix girl at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as an affectionate sweetheart who loved belly rubs and walked well on her leash, though the shelter scared her. Eight people tried to help, pledging $335 toward her rescue. She didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 7 BARC list update.
