Tara, an 8-year-old Staffordshire mix, was described by networkers as wonderfully behaved, affectionate, and sweet-natured, a girl who loved her walks. She was on the euthanasia list at BARC Houston on July 7, 2026, after being let down by her adopter. Nine people pledged a total of $335 to try to help her find safety. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 7/7 List Update.
