Caramel was a two-year-old Staffordshire mix at BARC in Houston. Networkers described him as an affectionate boy who had been returned to the shelter after a foster arrangement ended. Eight people pledged $335 to try to help him find safety, but he didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 7 BARC list update.
