Lorraine was a lovely, petite two-year-old GSD mix at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as a friendly, sweet girl who was completely overwhelmed and had given up. Seven people pledged $145 to help her find safety, but she didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 7 BARC list update.
