Wilbur, a two-year-old Staffie mix, arrived at BARC Houston as a stray on July 2 and was marked rescue only. Networkers shared him widely, and 17 people who tried to help pledged $420 toward his rescue. Wilbur didn't make it out; his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the July 6 BARC list update.
