Koda, a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever mix, was a stray who arrived at BARC in Houston and quickly won notice for his loose, wiggly greetings and calm, friendly demeanor around people and other dogs. Networkers described him as lively, playful, and a lover of walks. Two people tried to help, pledging $45 in support. He lost his life at BARC, and his passing was reported by u/fugueink in the July 1 list update.
