Mando, a 3-year-old American Staffordshire mix, was confiscated from a cruelty case and brought to BARC Houston, where he lost his life on July 1, 2026. Despite 49 people who tried to help by pledging over $1,400 toward his rescue, he didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 7/1 List Update.
