Gio, a two-year-old Staffie mix, was found abandoned on a Houston street after a witness saw him pushed from a car. He arrived at BARC on June 10 and was placed on the euthanasia list just over two weeks later. Eleven people who tried to help offered $355 in pledges to save him, but he didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the June 27 BARC list update.
