Buffy, a 4-year-old Staffordshire Mix, lost her life at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as a sweet, calm girl who loved people and chin scratches. Eight people who tried to help pledged $200 toward her rescue. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 6/27 BARC List Update.
