Choco, a four-year-old Border Collie mix, was surrendered to BARC in Houston and found the shelter environment deeply stressful. Networkers shared that he was usually relaxed, social, and confident, but grew very anxious amid the noise. He didn't make it out, and his loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 6/27 list update.
