Rita, a 4-year-old Staffordshire Mix, arrived at BARC in Houston as a stray and was described by networkers as vocal but warm, wiggly, and friendly once she felt safe. She was treat-motivated and walked on a loose leash. Three people who tried to help pledged $80 toward her rescue. Rita didn't make it out; her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the 6/22 BARC List Update.
