Kendal was a 2-year-old Plott Hound mix who didn't make it out of BARC in Houston. She was described as a timid young dog who was struggling to adjust to the shelter environment. Five people tried to help her, pledging $125 toward her rescue. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the June 22 BARC list update.
