Charlie, a six-year-old Staffordshire mix, was described by networkers as a sweet, waggy, and patient boy who carried old gunshot wounds. He was found as a stray in a house under construction and found himself on the euthanasia list at BARC in Houston, TX. Seven people who tried to help pledged $365 toward his rescue.
