Halo, a one-year-old German Shepherd mix, was adopted from BARC in December after arriving as a stray puppy, but was returned to the shelter in June and placed on the euthanasia list. Networkers described her as wiggly, energetic, and friendly. Two people pledged $135 to help her find safety. She lost her life at BARC, Houston, TX, and was reported among the deceased by u/fugueink in the 6/18 list update.
