Andre, a 3-year-old German Shepherd, was a stray who arrived at BARC Houston terrified and shut down. Networkers described him as a big sensitive boy who deserved a chance at a home. Four people pledged $80 to help him, but he didn't make it out. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 5/2 List Update.
