Rita, a 3-year-old Staffordshire mix, lost her life at BARC in Houston. Networkers described her as relaxed, easy to leash, and so sweet. Three people who tried to help pledged $70 toward her rescue. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 4/21 list update.
