Duke, a 9-year-old Labrador Retriever mix, was a gentle soul at BARC in Houston who did not fight back when attacked by another dog. Two people who tried to help pledged $30 toward his rescue. His loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 4/17 List Update.
