Sandy, a two-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, was a stray who arrived at BARC Houston and was listed for euthanasia on April 15. Networkers described her as gentle and wiggly, and her intake notes noted she responded to a soft voice. She didn't make it out. Her loss was reported by u/fugueink in the BARC 4/15 list update.
